This is Kent --
A DRESS worn by Davina McCall during her appearance on Comic Relief raised £12,000 for charity at the Lamberhurst playground auction.
The Big Brother presenter donated her red size 10 pencil wiggle dress by So Couture and some black high heels to the silent auction held at Bewl Water on July 20.
The striking bright red outfit symbolised the grand finale to months of fundraising for the new wooden play equipment.
Becky Gunning, from Wadhurst, put in the winning bid for the dress.
She said: "I was thrilled when I was told that I had won the dress and was even more thrilled when it fitted when I tried it on.
"It will certainly be a talking point when I have the opportunity to wear it."
The mother-of-two changed into the dress on the night, a picture of which was then tweeted, which prompted Wadhurst resident Davina to tweet saying she looked great in it. Reported by This is 3 days ago.
