Comedian Jim Davidson has showed up in Chelmsford today at the assault trial of rapper Dappy. The N Dubz star - real name is Costadinos Contostavlos - is accused of assaulting George Chittock at Chicago's in Chelmsford on February 28. He has pleaded not guilty to the charge The pair appeared in Celebrity Big Brother together earlier this year. Assault by beating carries a maximum six months jail term.
